You are now right at 25 lbs!!!!! (still above 100%)
You are right under 29 inches! (still right around 100%)
You wear mostly 9-12 month clothes and a few 18 month things (depending on the brand). You're still in size 3 diapers, but, we're about to move you up.
No one believes us when we tell them how old you are. Everyone thinks you are much older because of your size. We just love how snuggly, cute and precious you are.
You are rolling and scooting everywhere nowadays. You've been rolling back to tummy for about a month, but, you just recently started rolling tummy to back. You scoot all over the place. We can lay you down in one spot and a few minutes later you're 10 ft from the original spot!!
You're sitting up so well!! For the most part you can stay sitting by yourself for a while, then you go back to laying down and scooting everywhere.
You got to experience your first round of pumpkin carving with us. Mommy and Daddy made Mickey and Minnie pumpkins. Jacob didn't want to get yall's pumpkins "dirty", so we never got to paint them. That was okay with you. :)
You're still sleeping great. You usually go down about 8:30pm and sleep until about 7:30am. During the day you typically take two 1-2 hour naps and a few cat naps.
This month you went in a swing for the first time. You loved it. Ever since you had fun in the swing at the park, we've been putting you in the swing at home in the backyard. Jacob loves swinging with you!
You're eating lots of baby food. You've had green beans, peas, avocado, mixed vegetables, sweet potato, squash and pumpkin. We're sticking with vegetables for a little longer, then, we will introduce some fruits. Typically you eat food at lunch and dinner while we're already all at the table. That way we're all eating together. :)
You are really learning more about your voice these days. You make the funniest noises, squeals and laughs. You are the cutest thing!
You absolutely LOVE your jumperoo. Just like your big brother when he was a baby. You probably spend at least 2 hours a day in your jumperoo just going to town and jumping like crazy.
You also adore your brother. You are so content and happy just watching him play, laugh, sit by you and play with you. He also loves you SO SO much.
You had your 2nd airplane trip this month. We flew back to VA to visit with family some more and stayed for about a week. On this trip you got to meet some of your Mimi and Pops old friends, your new 2nd cousins - Isabella and Carter, spend time with your great-grandmothers and visit your first pumpkin patch!
Another big thing that happened this month was your first trip to the ER. A week before you turned 6 months, you woke up in the middle of the night struggling to breathe. We rushed you to the ER to find out you had croup and stridor. Thankfully, after two breathing treatments, a steroid shot and some medicine - you were breathing much better and we went home. It was incredibly scary and we hope to not have to experience that again. But, if it ever comes back, we know what it is and what to do. So glad you were okay and we heard you through the baby monitor!
You still don't take a pacifier. Every now and then, I'll try and give you one to help you fall asleep...but, you definitely aren't hooked like Jacob was. Probably a good thing. :)
Here was your 5 month picture with the basketball bear...
You are seriously the happiest baby ever. You very rarely get fussy and if you do...you need something and quickly change your mood once we get it taken care of. You love being outside and taking walks in the morning. You love kisses and us blowing on your tummy. It's hard to believe it's been 6 months already.
We love you so very much and can't wait to see what the next 6 months have in store for us!

Noah,
I can't believe how much you have grown in such a short period of time. We couldn't imagine our lives without you. I love giving you and your brother a bath at night and watching you both just splash all over the place. You love to laugh, you are ticklish on the side of your neck. You are starting to really look and analyze things, you are now playing more with your toys. You love to stand when someone is holding you, and jump up and down. You also give the best hugs. You are definately a big boy, when you get older you are definately going to owe your mom some back rubs, or you can send her to the spa. Her poor back. We love you so much.
He's adorable! That must have been so scary when you heard him having trouble breathing. I will definitely keep my monitor on all night now!
Noah and Jacob are seriously the cutest boys around, though I realize that I am just a wee bit prejudiced! I LOVE spending time with them and watching them grow and experience new things. Now, on to the next adventure...
Awwww great pics Deb! I had so much fun catching up with you guys this weekend an of course getting my precious nephew time in. I can't wait to come home again in little over 2 weeks for thanksgiving and less than 35 days for Christmas!!! :) I love you guys so much and I can't wait to see you very soon so we can watch adusnwy movies and eat Spritz cookies all day :)
P.S. I'm pretty sure I pulled a muscle in my forearm from holding Noah and all of his chunkiness, but it was totally worth it to spend time with that cuddly bear. Love you :)
Noah Bear ! Miss the big guy along with my HOOPS shooting buddy. He is doing great, loved by all!
