Here's what you've been up to lately!
- You got to watch your very first Cowboys game last weekend! When we first found out we were having a boy we couldn't wait to be able to watch sports with you and later actually play sports with you. For now, we'll just watch. Of course, we couldn't watch without getting you a Romo jersey to wear.
- You heard Mommy and Daddy yelling so much you wanted to yell "Go Cowboys", too!! :)
- Also, you might notice in the above picture, you can now sit up all on your own! You sometimes look like an ape with your arms to your sides and your legs split out, but it's so cute. We're very proud of you!
- You now will ONLY sleep on your tummy. Even if we roll you on your back, within a minute, you've moved back to your stomach.
- You still are such a great sleeper. At night you typically sleep 10 - 12 hours straight! During the day you still take at least 2 - 3 naps. You love your sleep as much as your Mommy and Daddy do!
- You are SO happy when you wake up from sleeping. You always greet us with a smile when we come to get you!
- You're wearing mostly 9 - 12 month sized clothes!
- You are still the most precious boy ever. You are constantly smiling and such a happy, happy boy.

- You LOVE trying the baby foods Mommy makes you. So far you've had peas, green beans, bananas, sweet potatoes, figs, avocado, watermelon, carrots, applesauce, beans and rice! Right now your favorite is bananas!
- You aren't exactly making out words just yet, but you make all kinds of noises! It seems like every day you're making new sounds. It's so fun to listen to you "talking" and having "conversations".
- About a week ago, you did something that we've been waiting forever for! When we pick you up, you actually give us hugs! You wrap both of your arms around our necks and we ADORE it! You give such good hugs! :)
- You still are a big social person! You don't mind going from person to person, as long as you can face forward and watch what everyone else is doing!
- Right now your favorite thing is your jumperoo! You'll play in that for up to an hour at a time sometimes!!

oooo...........This might just be my favorite post yet! He's so adorable, and I hope to teach him how to say "E-E" in January! That just might be his first word! haha. Love you all three!

He's such an incredibly happy boy! (Based on appearances, at least!) That smile just lights up the room, I'm sure.

Jacob!! You are so lucky that your mom likes to write these blogs. She is able to capture so many special moments in our lives with it. I feeel that your first word is going to be Dadda...I just know it! You love exercising with me on the floor. I can already tell you are going to be incredibly fast. You never stop moving your legs and they are always going so fast. I am so proud of you.
